Our Process

At ADP Store Fixtures, we follow a streamlined process to deliver outstanding results for your project. Our process involves the following steps:

07 | Rollout

As your retail fixtures arrive into ADP’s Australian warehouse, the rollout program can commence. We hold your fixtures in our Australian warehouses and can arrange delivery of fixtures to any store location in Australia with 2 weeks' notice.

06 | Production

Production commences on an initial multi-store fixture order following contract signing. Allow three months from contract signing for fixtures to be available for the first store delivery as part of the retail fixture program.

05 | Contract

Following approval of prototypes/samples, a contract is between the retailer and ADP outlining agreed elements of the proposed retail fixture program over a set time period.

In-Stock, Retail Fixture Solutions = Faster Lead Times and Smooth Rollouts
ADP clients benefit from being able to rely on knowing that their fixtures are in-stock and ready to go when they are. With retail fixtures that are exlusively allocated to your stores, take the pain out of your store rollouts and focus on your core business.
01 | Discovery

We start by understanding your existing systems, as well as your unique overall challenges and objectives as a retail business. We use this knowledge to help us create a tailored Retail Fixture Package that will deliver maximum ROI for your business.

02 | Design

A review of your current or proposed fixtures is undertaken by ADP. By tapping into our 40 years of experience designing retail fixtures, you can benefit from practical ideas that achieve improvements in flexibility, ease of use, assembly, and overall cost savings.

03 | Proposal

Once the design process is completed, we work with our global network of in-house factories and partners to prepare an accurate and detailed costing on each fixture in the fixture package.

04 | Prototype

To ensure that you achieve the desired look and feel for your fixture package or concept, we create samples of the proposed fixtures as appropriate. This is an important aspect to demonstrate our commitment to ensuring your specifications are met. Samples are invoiced to the retailer following Proposal submission and approval.
